After filling, the system automatically performs flattening and trimming operations to shape the workpiece for welding. In the welding phase, it utilizes advanced argon arc welding technology. By precisely controlling parameters like welding time, current, and gas flow rate, it achieves high-quality and consistent welds. The welding position can be adjusted according to the workpiece's specific shape and dimensions to ensure a tight seal. Intelligent detection devices are also incorporated to monitor the welding process continuously, ensuring welding quality stability. Moreover, the system's workstation positioning plate can be adjusted in height and position, enabling it to adapt to products of different lengths and sizes, thus enhancing versatility and production efficiency.
