Automated Turntable Brazing Machine With Automatic Positioning Brazing Torch
The extend of automation is mainly depended on the hourly required production volume. The size of the machine, i.e. the reference circle of the table plate, is basically determined by the size of the braze part and the number of work stations which are necessary to obtain the desired extend of automation and the required production volume.
System options may include:
• automatic loading + unloading device
• automatic flux or brazing paste dispensers as well as brazing wire feeder
• vapour flux equipment
• pyrometer temperature sensing
• nitrogen purging appliance
• air cooling and water quenching equipment

Brazing process:
| 1 | The operator installs the workpiece to be brazed into the positioning fixture, puts the B1 part in the fixture and positions it, then fixes the B2 and B3 tubes in the brazing position, and then activates the button. |
| 2 | The turntable will rotate 180 degrees to transfer the product to the brazing station. |
| 3 | The brazing mechanism is moved to the brazing point according to the procedure, and the brazing torch preheats the B1-B3. |
| 4 | When the temperature of the brazing point reaches the set temperature value, the wire feeding mechanism sends the brazing wire to the brazing point. |
| 5 | After the brazing is completed, the brazing torch and wire feeding mechanism leave the brazing point. |
| 6 | The turntable will rotate to the unload/load station. Automatic Flame Brazing Machine |
| 7 | Manually remove the brazed product and install the workpiece to be brazed. |
