The condenser in the KIA K2 generally includes the following components:
Tubes: The refrigerant gas passes through the tiny holes of the condenser to promote heat exchange. These tubes' curved curvature increases surface area and promotes efficient heat transmission.
Fins: To increase surface area and heat dissipation, the tubes are fitted with lightweight metal fins. They efficiently cool the space by promoting heat transfer from the refrigerant to the ambient air.
Connections to Inlets and Outlets: There are two independent refrigerant connections on the condenser's high-pressure side (inlet) and low-pressure side (exit). During the cooling process, these connectors enable the refrigerant to enter and exit the condenser.
By fastening the unit to the radiator or vehicle's chassis, anchoring brackets increase the condenser's structural stability and precision of its connection to other components.
