Changsha Haochang Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd has been founded by Susan Deng who is a mechanical engineer. She has accumulated more than 20 years' experience in Auto parts development and export.
All product we supplied that has reached OEM standard in domestic and abroad. We have successfully built customer brand DIESELTEK, SHAHYA, TELFORD, DYNAGEAR, etc.
We have passed the certification of ISO9001-2015, TUV, CE.
Our company is located in Changsha, Hunan. A good industrial foundation helps the company to develop steadily. There are Sany Heavy Industry, Zoomlion, Geely, BYD Industrial Base and the first Piston Ring Factory in China.
Our main product includes crankshaft, cylinder head, cylinder block, cylinder liner, piston ring, piston and timing kit. Except for the timing kit, other auto engine parts are suitable for engineering machinery and trucks, such as Cummins, Caterpillar, Mercedes Benz, Man, Nissan, Isuzu, Hino, etc. Timing kit is used in passenger cars including German vehicles, American vehicles, Japanese vehicles, and Korean vehicles.
We promise our product to have ONE YEAR warranty after installation. Cylinder liner strictly produces in Cummins/Caterpillar international standard. Crankshaft, Cylinder head, Cylinder block, Piston ring strictly implement the OE standards of Weichai, Yuchai and Shanghai Volkswagen. The piston strictly implements the MAHLE OE standard.
Develop as drawing or sample is accepted. We will supply an excellent option in 48 hours after receiving the customer’s drawing. If no drawing or sample, we could supply the suggested option in 48 hours according to product work condition, engine power, product basic size, material, and treatment.
For general items quotation, timing kit needs a part number, vehicle model and year to classify. Crankshaft, cylinder head, and cylinder block need the engine model or part number. Cylinder liner, piston and piston ring require a part number or basic size.
Regular products can be delivered within one week if stock available. If no stock, the product can be finished in 35-45 days.
For Cummins and Caterpillar vehicles, we could supply complete engine, fuel injector, fuel nozzle, camshaft, valve, cylinder head gasket, connecting rod, bearing, air compressor, turbocharger, oil pump, and water pump, etc.

| Service: | PO SERVICE STEP
1. When receiving the deposit, we will send the production schedule to customer.
2. 6 days before delivery, we will remind the customer to pay the balance and ask the forwarder's information from customer.
3. Goods will be delivered in the strict in accordance with the contract.
4. After goods arrive at the forwarder's warehouse, we provide the estimated departure date and arrival date of the vessel to customer.
5. After the vessel departures, we will provide the telex released BL to customer. If customer needs original BL, we will send the original BL to customer. We will provide the tracking no.to customer in 2days and track this original BL till reaching customer.
6. After customer receives goods, we will contact with customer and do customer satisfaction feedback. According to customer feedback, we will improve insufficiently and do better service for customer.
