RPS TECH PCU10.24
According to statistics, in the failure of the PLC control system, the CPU accounts for 5%,
the I/O interface accounts for 15%, the input device accounts for 45%, the output device
accounts for 30%, and the line accounts for 5%. The first two items of 20% of the faults belong
to the internal fault of the PLC. It can be detected and processed by the software and hardware
of the PLC itself; and the remaining 80% of the faults belong to the external fault of the PLC.
