The assembly line is equipped with custom automation solutions for thermal management modules, including comonents feeding, assembly, handling, and testing equipment.
The assembly line integrates an advanced production data management system, enabling real-time monitoring of the production process and equipment status. The intelligent management system enhances efficiency and transparency in production.
The assembly line includes multiple EOL testing stations which perform comprehensive performance verification such as rate, pressure, and sensor status. This ensures that every thermal management module meets quality standards.
Our assembly solutions go from the feeding of each individual part to the final packaging of the finished products, along with all the required quality controls. The production can be continuously monitored and saved into MES systems.
