Equipment overview
This machine can realize fully automatic assembly of mobile phone speakers, reduce labor costs, and improve product quality. It can be integrated with the winding machine to realize coil winding, diaphragm installation, magnetic circuit assembly (including single magnet, three magnets and five magnets) and bracket assembly. The equipment is equipped with a CCD station, a resistance measuring station, and a height measuring station to realize fully automatic detection.

This automatic line adopts single-cavity high-precision tooling, high-speed three-axis gluing module (made with THK screw rod, guide rail, Panasonic servo motor, and can be adjusted with a handle), American Taikang screw valve, SMC pneumatic components, Keyence CCD, Guangzhou Micro-spot welding machines, Shanghai Yuewei UV furnaces, Panasonic sensors, and MISUMI's precise positioning parts can effectively ensure product quality and wire stability. It has a high degree of automation and stable performance and can save about 30 people.
