Carbon Steel Automatic Backwashing Screen Filter For Water Softener
Automatic Backwashing Screen Filter Features:
1. Large flow rate and high filtration precision: single flow rate up to 4000m3/h, filtration accuracy up to 20μm
2. Less pressure loss, less backwashing: filtration pressure loss: ≤0.05MPa, backwashing displacement ≤0.5% filtered water
3. High degree of automation: The self-cleaning filter should be backwashed by its own water pressure and filtered water to automatically discharge the dirt, and it is still in the normal water supply filtration state during the backwashing process.
4. Control methods are diverse: cleaning control mode: differential pressure control, timing automatic control and manual control. The control system not only sets differential pressure cleaning, but also has timing cleaning function (adjustable flushing interval time) and continuous cleaning function, control system. It can meet long-term continuous work, and can automatically clean the filter and clean it thoroughly.
5. Simple control operation: With differential pressure/manual/time control function, the backwash pressure difference, backwash cycle and backwash time can be set separately on the controller.
