Product Description
The CGF Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1 unit: Beverage Machinery is used to produce polyester bottled mineral water, purified water, alcoholic beverage and other non-gas beverage machinery. Beverage Machinery can finish washing , filling and sealing bottles in one machine and reduce the dust and exposure time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency. The whole process is automatic.

Machine components
The Washing Heads
1). The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2). Using company original tilting bottle clip, bottle clamp stuck bottleneck, avoid the traditional bottle on rubber clip to block the bottle thread parts may be caused by the pollution. Bottle clip is made of SUS304 stainless steel, health and durable.
3). Using imported special efficient spray nozzle, the washing water will be sprayed in a particular angle, can wash any part of the inner wall, rinse with water thoroughly and save flush bottle.
5). Washing part moves by a frame in the transmission system through the gear transmission.
4). Bottle clamp and lifting mechanism of sliding sleeve adopts Germany Igus corrosion resistant bearing without maintenance.
The Filling Heads
1). The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with the thumb wheel card bottleneck transportation methods. 2). The rotating disk is all made of SUS304 stainless. 3). Filling method is gravity filling. 4). Filling valve manufactured by SUS304. 5). The filling valve structure design is reasonable, the filling quantity is accurate.
The Capping Heads
1.Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping 2.304/316 stainless steel construction 3.No bottle no capping 4.Automatic stop when lack of bottle
