MOTOR DESCRIPTION
SINOMATIC new arrival servo control system is composed of a servo control main board, a voice module (optional), and a servo motor.
It has the following characteristics
1. FOC vector control technology.
2. Realize current loop, speed loop, position loop and three loop control.
3. On-board temperature control and voltage detection.
4. Using 1024 lines of magnetic weaving precision control, high precision and strong anti-interference.
5. Compared with traditional resistance sampling, the current loop adopts current sensor, which has higher stability.
6. The control board adopts all imported chips.
7. It has a variety of traffic modes to meet the needs of different occasions.
8. Infrared sensing technology realizes real-time monitoring of channels, safety protection and anti-tailing.
9. Reliable physical anti-pinch
10. Integrate RS485 to realize upper computer control
11. Real-time fault self-checking and alarm prompts ensure the safe operation of the system, which is convenient for maintenance and use.

Turnstile Equipment Debugging Instructions
1. General Debugging Steps
Step 1: Pls connecting machines according to wiring diagram
Step 2: Power on, if there is error code, pls check error code and fix it
Step 3: Change the arm rotating direction from NP07 menu if incorrect.
Step 4: Set the zero position accordingly
Step 5: Adjust Position loop gain P by DP06 to adjust gate open speed
2.Common Debugging Issues
Issue 1: When you give signal to enter and exit, only open to one direction
Solution:
1) pls check NP01 value for the machine type
2) Open signal wiring is correct or not, pls make sure it’s not connected to Emergency open terminal
Issue 2: You want faster closing speed
Solution:
1) Increase Position loop gain P value by DP06 but make sure flap not overshoot
2) Increase Max operation speed value by DP01
Issue 3: Rotation arm overshoot
Solution:
1) Increase Speed loop gain P value by DP04
2) Decrease Position loop gain P value by DP06
3) Decrease Max operation speed value by DP01
Issue 4: Rotation not moving when power on and display E021
Solution: Pls check motor wiring, encoder wiring correct or not
Issue 5: Power on and display U-12
Solution: Power supply incorrect, pls check power supply
