3600 Tablets Per Hour DP Series Single Punch Tablet Press Machine Working principle

The machine presses tablets by the reciprocating movement of lower and upper punch. The lowest position of the lower punch, as well as the filling amount, can be set by adjusting the filling wheel, as well as the filling amount. The upper punch position, as well as the thickness and hardness of the tablets, can be set by adjusting the gear shaft.

The main motor revolves the main shaft and eccentric cam through turbo retarder; and the eccentric cam drives the upper punch reciprocating movement; the main shaft drives the double cams rotating, which drives the feeding mechanism, tablets output structure and lower punch reciprocating movement through the connecting rod. The upper punch, lower punch, feeding mechanism and tablets output structure moves harmoniously to realize the process of feeding, pressing and tablets outputting.

The process of tables forming: material is feed into the centre die by the feeding mechanism when the lower punch is in the lowest position. When the feeding mechanism moves away, the upper punch moves downwards, pressing the material in the centre die cavity into form; when the upper punch moves to the deepest position, it moves upwards continuously, then the lower punch moves upwards subsequently. When the upper punch moves out of the centre die cavity, the lower punch pushes the formed tablets out of the centre die cavity; the tablets will be pushed out by the feeding bottom fringe through the movement of feeding mechanism; at the same time, the lower punch reaches the lowest position, ready for the next cycle.
