Working
When compressed air goes through the vacuum generator, vacuum generator produce negative pressure to form the vacuum airflow, and thus materials are sucked into suction nozzel and reach the chamber of feeding machine through the suction tube. At the same time the chamber door opens automatically and materials fall into the hopper of equipment.
Application
QVC-1 Automatic Pneumatic Vacuum Conveyer does not need any mechanical vacuum pump, so it is simple structure without repairing and easy being controlled. It can be stopped separating layer for the feeding material because the machine has high vacuum. It was designed according to international standard.
