Mixer Granulator Multi-functional Pharmaceutical Processing Machine Application:
SD-II Multi-functional pharmaceutical Experimental Equipment is a package of small
size equipment dedicated to the pharmaceutical laboratories.
It has a wide application in the research, test and pilot production in industries such
as pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemicals and cosmetics.
Through a universal driving mechanism, different kinds of auxiliary machine can be
attached to the main machine, realizing the functions of stirring, mixing, vibrating
granulation, wet granulation, and mixing, sugar coating and screening.
The entire machine providing the driving mechanism is coated with stainless steel in
a clear and simple appearance without dead corner. It is convenient for cleaning and in
compliance with GMP requirements.
The surface of the stainless steel is treated in many ways such as mirror polishing,
legging and fascination to be selected by the customers for satisfying the particular needs.
The machine is adopt human machine interface control system,it can quickly connect
all kinds of another machines, all of the set can adjust, and the screen can display very
accurate.
This machine have foot control switch, in the process of examination it can make all
same examination criterion very easily.
The machine adopt international Italy frequency adjust speed motor, voltage is 0-80
rotate/min.
The machine can through human machine interface control system, it can counting
times and timing, avoid the examination time date not accurate, influence batch
production time error.
