Features

This machine is designed for pressing round tablets from various kinds of granular materials. It is the primary machine to fit batch production of tablets. During operation, the speed of the turret rotation, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage. A powder suction unit is attached to take in the residual powder can be eliminated and the collected powder material can be reused. With oil seal ring on punches, prevent oil from pollution tablet and powder leakage. With a dust seal ring on punches, avoid powder leakage from the turret table. It is equipped with a variable frequency speed control device for electrical control, convenient operation, steady running, it is safe and accurate. It is equipped with an overload protection device, when pressure overload, it can stop automatically.
