Product introduction:
This production line is suitable for the fully automated production of medical general and medical surgical disposable masks. It mainly includes coil material feeding-folding and pressing-nose bridge ribs-molding-slitting-welding ear bands-edging- —Finished product, complete the entire production process from the raw material of the coil to the finished product of the mask. Technical characteristics:
1. The three layers of fabric surface layer, filter layer and bottom layer are automatically aligned and fed, and bilateral symmetrical ultrasonic continuous blanking is performed. After being cut by continuous roller blanking, it is shunted to the next station for earband welding to improve production efficiency. Automatic counting and stacking after taking;
2. The production line adopts an automated structure. A mask body is automatically transferred to the earband welding processing station to complete the welding through a transmission system;
3.The earband is automatically and welded by ultrasonic;
4. The bridge of the bridge of the nose can realize automatic feeding and cutting and ultrasonic welding.
