▶Product description:
Jacketed kettle also called as jacketed evaporative cooker or thickening pan. Adopt stainless steel as its main construction material. Using indirect heating make it easy to clean. The double wall structure which make up a jacket for heating medium such as steam and thermal oil result to a faster heating effect compared with normal cooking pans. Use a hand wheel to discharge the cooked product so there is no material accumulation at drainage opening. When equipped with anchor or scraper type agitator, jacketed kettle can be also used to the production of various of liquids which are sticky or thick.
The jacketed kettle processing is widely used in various types of food, can also be used for large-scale restaurant or Cafeteria cook, stew, soup, porridge, is a good equipment in food processing to improve quality, shorten the time, improve working conditions.
