The small chocolate enrobing machine adopted fully stainless steel wire drawing production,which is totally conformed with food grade standard.The sensor of the chocolate machine ensure the electric control sensitivity and temperaturepreserve efficiency,which ensure the uniform chocolate tempering.When the customers need do the enrobing chocolate,just put the solid chocolate in the melting pot of the chocolate dipping machine and run the machine.

After 30-40 minutes,the solid chocolate can be melted to be the chocolate liquid and the chocolate enrobing machine will create a chocolate waterfall by the roating melting wheel.Then the customers need put the food on the conveyor belt and the food will go through the chocolate waterfall for fully coated or partly coated.Once coated, the the food will pass under an air curtain and over a vibrating plate to remove the excess chocolate.

If the customers don't need cool the chocolated food quickly,they can collect the coated food immediately or choose a small conveyor belt with cooling fan to dry it and then collect it.If the customers need dry the chocolate fast,they can choose our 3P freezing tunnle to connect after the small chocolate enrober.The temperature of the cooling tunnel is very low,which can cool the chocolate enrober fast,which can make the customers can pack the immediately by hand or connecting to a flow wrapping machine to pack it.
