Specifications:
The Milk Chocolate Truffle ball making machine is specially designed for making brigadeiro, chocolte tuffles, chocolate ball, bonbon, rum ball (romkugler), bourbon ball, etc.
The Milk Chocolate Truffle ball making machine consisits: P160 Automatic encrusting machine, Automatic rotary table coating machine and Automatic rotary drum powder remover machine. The automatic encrusting machine is used to cut and form the truffle ball shape. The rotary table coating machine is used for coating coconut flakes, cocoa powder, chocolate sprinkles, smashed nuts, sesame, etc. The rotary drum powder remover machine is used to remove the extra coating materials outside the truffle ball and roll the truffles to be a better ball shape.
The Milk Chocolate Truffle ball making machine adpot to full stainless steel 304 as the machine materials, and branded electronic parts, as well as PLC program system with colorful touch screen. The complete chocolate truffles production line is automatic without any manual operation, all controls are done by screen and buttons.
The milk chocolate ball truffles making machine has a optional function for customer to make center filled or stuffed chocolate trufles, the stuffing materials can be chocolate, jam, paste, cream, fruits, peanut butter, etc. The stuffed chocolate truffles will be more tasty.
Additionally, The chocolate coating machine can be added in the chocolate truffles production line to make chocolate covered truffles, the chocolate coating machine shall be added directly after the chocolate truffles forming machine (encrusting machine) for chocolate coating.
Except for making chocolate truffles, the chocolate truffles machine is multifunctional to make other ball shape products, especially for making mochi and lo mai chi products, besides, the major equipment, P160 automatic encrusting machine can make over 100 kinds of foood, so the chocolate truffles machine is the ideal equipment for customer to develop new products.
