The P170 Gear pump type double filling encrusting machine uses round cone hopper with gear pump driving on the top of machine, the other two hoppers at bottom are still flat feeding hoppers driven by double spirals. The gear pump hopper is specially designed for liquid filling, such as chocolate liquid, jam, fruit paste, cream, etc. The gear pump used in the double filling encrusting machine avoids the liquid leakage during the product cutting by shutter, It also guarantees the quantification of the filling ration and keeps the product minimum weight error.
