Small energy bar machine is our fourth generation energy bar making machine, it consist of the protein energy bar extruder and energy bar cutting machine.The energy bar extruder is horizontal designed for better dough and or mixture transfering, and driven by two PE rolling screw inside the stainless steel flat feeding hopper.The double rolling screw will transfer the pre-mixed dough to the rectifier for dough equal distribution, then the dough will comes out of the customized nozzle mold to form a bar with a fixed size and shape and then finally conveyored and cutted by a separate vertical protein bar cutting machine.

The protein bar extruder is specially made for making soft mixture, hard mixture or sticky mixture bars.The protein bar extruder machine adopts to the horizontal type with double rolling screws to guarantee the dough extruded successfully to the rectifier, and a extra roller on top of hopper rolling down the mixture to guarantee no mixture come out. the horizontal design guarantees the perfect bar shape, the rectifer gurantees the uniform same size and weight of bar.The protein bar cutting machine make the bar length by guillotine cutter, and bar width and thickness and the shape  made by installing cutomsized nozzle mold.The extrusion nozzle mold will be customized according to your energy bar size and shape.

The P307 Small energy bar making machine is controlled by PLC program and operated by screen panel. All settings are done in the touch screen,which includes each section speed adjustment and memory settings.
