Description:

P886 Automatic burgers stuffed buns toast bread production line will pass the prefabricated dough into the main three roller bread forming machine through the conveyor belt. After three times of pressing, shaping, thinning, dividing, filling and rolling, the bread is cut and shaped by an independent bread cutting machine to make the product thick and thin, uniform and stable gluten.

P886 Bread production line features: 
1. The dough is rolled and stretched by two pressing wheels and a rolling device to make the dough more shiny and stable in quality.
2. Each pressing wheel has a thickness adjustment device to set the thickness of the dough to increase or decrease the weight of the product.
3. The speed of the dough is controlled by the electric eye between the pressing wheel and the rolling device, so that the dough will not be broken or blocked due to the too fast conveying speed of the host.
4. After the last main machine pressing wheel, the dough will fall on the main machine conveyor belt, and then the dough will be rolled into strips through the reel and auxiliary reel.
5. The strip-shaped dough is cut and formed by an independent  bread cutting machine, and the tray arranging machine arranges the dough into a plate.

P886 Complete bread production line includes three roller bread making machine, bread filling machine, blade type cutting machine (for bread stick), pinching type cutting machine (for bread roll), and automatic tray arranging machine. 

The three roller bread making machine is the most important and major equipment in the bread production line, customer can choose the blade type cutting machine for making stick bread, toast bread, baguette, etc, and choose the pinching type cutting machine for making bread roll, dinner roll, burgers, stuffed buns, etc.

Optional device:

1. Pinching cutter machine 

The pinching cutter machine has six cutting blades for cutting round shape bread like bread rolls, dinner rolls, burgers, humburgers, buns, etc. The pinching cuter machine is placed after the three roller bread forming machine and before the tray arranging machine. 

2. Sesame sprinkler and yolk brusher 

The sesame sprinkler and yolk brusher is used for bread top seame sprinkling and yolk brushing. It is mainly used for bread rolls and buns. The sesame and yolk will make the product shiny and more delicious. 

3. Dough presser 

The dough presser is used for bread dough kneading and pressing before going to the three roller bread forming machine. The automatic dough presser replaces manual kneading to save labor power and time. 

4. Tray arranging machine 

The automatic tray arranging machine is used in the bread production line to collect the final formed bread,It will automatically drop the bread into baking trays uniformly one by one with distance. The tray arranging machine can also be used in other food production line to collect other food.
