Description:
The 16 trays hot-air rotary baking oven is divided into three types: electric heating, gas and oil type. The hot air rotary baking oven can be used to bake a variety of breads (toast, pocket bread, french buns, burgers), cakes, mooncakes, biscuits, peach crisps, nuts, rice crackers, tea, and grilled seafood, poultry, livestock and other meat products. The hot air baking oven is suitable for food factories, supermarkets, bakeries, hotels, offices, schools, unit canteens and other places, as well as individual food processing and cake shops, cake houses and other food baking places.
Hot air rotary oven 16 tray oven uses electricity, diesel, and gas as heating energy. The bottled structure is adopted as a whole. The facade and baking chamber are made of stainless steel plates. Stainless steel movable grill is easy to disassemble and easy to transport, the rotary oven uses hook rotation or bottom rotation, forced hot air circulation heating, greatly improving the heat transfer efficiency, shortening the heating time, and in order to save energy. Because the rotary baking oven uses hot air circulation plus grill rotation, so the heating is uniform, and the color of the baked goods is the same. In order to make the grilled food have a good taste and suitable temperature, an air volume adjustment and humidification device is installed at the hot air outlet, which is especially suitable for baking egg yolk pies, bread and other products with relatively high color requirements.
