The automatic cany bar line mainly includes: syrup cooking,storage,continuous mixing,material double rolling,flatting,tunnel cooling,longitudinal cutting,bar separator,guillotine cutting.The line can also coordinate with chocolate coating machine,which can produce all kinds of chocolate coated bars
Candy bar production line is a multi-function line which is consisted of kitchen equipments, forming and sheeting system, nuts sprinkling system, forming and pressing roller, refrigeration system, cooling tunnel, candy bar slitting, cutting and conveying system, and chocolate enrobing machine etc.. It can produce the bar products in the form of single layer, double layer and filling candy bar etc. as leisure candy food.

1. Raw materials and ingredients dissolving and mixing→transporting→ Storage in the
tank→ Cooking, Mixing and aeration→ Discharging → Cooling
2. Raw materials and ingredients dissolving and mixing→ transporting→ Storage in the
tank→ Toffee Cooking→ Mixing with flavor→ Discharging → storage→ Transporting to the
hopper.
Forming and cooling section:
The first layer sugar masses sheeting → conveying → the second toffee masses
sheeting→ conveying→ nuts sprinkling→ Pressing→ cooling and conveying → Slitting →
Cutting → transition conveying→ Chocolate enrobing→ Cooling→ final products.
