The protein bar making machine extruder and cutting machine are independently controlled by a PLC system with a touch screen panel, so the protein bar making machine is easy to operate and stable in working condition.

The protein bar extruder is designed for making bars of soft mixes, hard mixes or sticky mixes. The protein bar extruder adopts horizontal double rolling screw to ensure the dough is successfully extruded to the rectifier, and the extra roller on the top of the hopper rolls the mixture down to ensure that no mixture comes out. The horizontal design ensures the perfect shape of the bar, and the straightener ensures the consistent size and weight of the bar.

The protein bar cutting machine adjusts the length of the bar through the guillotine knife, and adjusts the width and thickness of the bar by changing the nozzle.
