Automatic Sliding Door Tension Pulley
Description:
The tensioning wheel is a belt-driven tensioning device. When the center distance of the belt cannot be adjusted, the tensioning wheel can be used to tension the belt. The tensioning wheel is a follower wheel that presses on the belt in order to change the wrap angle of the pulley or control the tension of the belt, and is a belt-driven tensioning device.
The pulley is driven by friction and must be tensioned during installation. However, after working for a period of time, it is stretched and loosened, it is easy to slip, and it must be re-tensioned. If the center distance of the two transmission wheels cannot be adjusted, the tensioning wheel must be used to ensure normal transmission without slipping. The tensioning wheel uses a spring or oil pressure to create a force that strains the belt so that the belt can be pressed against the working pulley with a suitable pressure.
