MP303 + MPD-17 description
MP303 fully auto rotary wrapper + MPD17 top sheet dispenser are conveyorized machine for automatic unmanned packing lines. Controlled by the same control system, pallets can be automatically wrapped and covered on the top simultaneously to be protected against dust & moisture, and achieve perfect exterior looking. This system has now been widely used to enhance work efficiency, reduce labor cost and raise packing grades, in industrial such as chemical, electric & electronics, food & beverage, paper making, etc. MPD17 top sheet dispenser could be ordered independently to go with present wrapper.
 
Advantages:
1. 200% pre-stretch rate
Pre-stretch is normal function of wrapping machine. But most wrapping machines in the market stick the rubber on the roller with glue, which are easily broken while working ,and make the film crumply. If there is label on pallet, it will be difficult to scan the barcode on the label. Automatic Turntable Stretch Wrapper uses ruber coated roller to avoid rubber dropping , makes stretch film soomthly, after stretching, film can still be transparent. Barcode on label can be easily scanned too.
2. Intelligent Touch screen
pallet wrapping machine use the best touch screen, the reaction of the touch screen and function all is perfect
The touch screen can set the "turntable speed .up& down speed and film carriagre speed directly" and we also prepare for our customer, most of customers have diffierent pallet to wrap, so the different pallets need different wrapping speed, wrapping force, the customer just need set the models one time, then just choose the right model for their pallet, no need adjsut the parameter every time any more.
3. Film Carriage Bottom Safety Device
When worker's head or foot touches the bottom of the film carriage, the machine will stop running and alarm.
