MP207CR description
MP207CR Automatic is fitted with automatic film apply/cut unit, top sheet dispensing unit and remote control device. An operator is able to start and stop the machine to achieve wrapping with covering the pallet top while operation a forklift.
Main features
1. Two working mode choices: wrapping or wrapping with top sheet dispensing.
2. Automatic stretch film apply & cut, pneumatically driven. Remote control device fitted.
3. Powered pre-stretch film carriage, retio 250%.
4. Dual chain structure column, carriage speed variable.
5. Automatic wrapping according to pre-stretch parameters. Friendly user interface for setting wrap cycles, top/bottom cycles & film tension. Manual wrap mode as an option.
6. Auto height detection, turntable home position, forklift sockets for easy moving.
7. Dual limit switches on top & bottom to provide better safety protections.
