Feature of plastic hot cutting with water ring granulating machine
1. High efficiency force-feeder ensures high capacity feeding ,low energy consumption.
2. Extruder of film granulation line :single stage ,double stage
3. Single screw extruder, equipped with specially designed screw & barrel, venting system, has a very good output capacity.
Characteristics of complete plastic recycling line
This line introduces Japanese technique, which can directly put PE/PP film into single-screw extrusion line for granulation after crashed and clean out. It won’t destroy the structure and physical property of the molecule of raw material, and surely it’s much more economical than traditional pellet feeding method.
The single-screw extrusion line adopts screw of large L/D, it bears special exhaust equipment and it can wipe off the liquid water content effectively and got high output.
Palletizing line using water-ring waste plastic granulator machine, so granules are uniform and beautiful.
