Flexible Plate Plate-making Machine
This series plate-making machine integrates all kinds of functions as a whole such as back exposure, main exposure, washing plate, drying, clearing away stickiness, back exposure and so on. With fine structure and easy operation, this machine is completely up to the international standard. Using imported PHILIPS lamps and PHILIPS rectifiers leads to short exposure time and long service life. Using unique technology and special treatment makes high mesh point reducing, clear and full dots, non-losing of small characters, lines, or independent points.
Back exposure: first is to set the exposure time, open the exposure drawer, put the cut-out flexible plates back upward in the suction plate center of exposure drawer, then gently push in the exposure drawer, set exposure time, press exposure operating key to start countdown. When the exposure time comes, digital tube will display the exposure time you set, after three "tick, tick, tick" sound, exposure ends. The purpose of back exposure is to build a solid base, and can also control washing depth, strengthen the binding force of polyester film and photosensitive resin layer, so as to get durable plates. Back exposure time should be defined according to the needed thickness of base. If using unfamiliar new plates, can first try a small piece, use opaque paper to shut partial exposure and use different time for back exposure, then wash plate, if the back exposure time is appropriate, plate should be about half of the washed thickness.
