The duplex filter is a multi-purpose filter device with a wide range of applications and strong adaptability, which is composed of two stainless steel filters connected in parallel. It has many advantages such as novel and reasonable structure, good sealing, strong circulation capacity, simple operation and so on. In particular, the side leakage probability of the filter bag is small, which can accurately ensure the filtration accuracy, and the filter bag can be quickly replaced. The filter has basically no material consumption, which reduces the operating cost.
Working principle and structural characteristics:
This equipment is all made of stainless steel. It is composed of two cylinders. It is a single-layer stainless steel welded structure. The inner and outer surfaces are polished. The top is equipped with a gas release valve for gas release during work. The pipe joint adopts expansion joint. After 0.3Mpa water pressure test, the three-way male screw plug can be opened and closed flexibly. The equipment has a compact structure, convenient operation and simple maintenance.
The dual filter is also called a parallel switching filter. It uses two three-way ball valves to assemble two single-cylinder filters on one machine base. It is not necessary to stop the machine when cleaning the filter to ensure its continuous operation. It is a non-stop production line filter device. Firstly, in addition to the stainless steel filter element, the filter element of this filter can also be made of high-quality honeycomb-type absorbent fiber cotton, which can filter out particles with a particle size of 1 μ or more. The filter can also be used in a single cylinder. Common base, the remaining dimensions remain unchanged.
The inner and outer surfaces of the duplex filter are polished. The filter cartridge is equipped with a stainless steel strainer and a strainer support basket. The top is equipped with an air release valve for discharging the air in the filter during filtering. The upper cover is connected to the filter cartridge with a quick-opening structure, which makes it easier to clean (replace) the filter screen. Three adjustable feet allow the filter to be placed on the ground smoothly. The connection pipeline adopts live joint or clamp connection method, and the inlet and outlet valves are opened and closed by three-way ball valves, which are pressure and temperature resistant, flexible and convenient to operate, and more hygienic without material leakage.
