This equipment is suitable for continuous sterilization and cooling of soft-packed vegetables, low-temperature meat products, blended milk, snack food, canned food, glass bottles, pickled vegetables, seasoning packages, and jelly, etc., at temperatures below 100 ° C (boiling water).
The main components and functions of the equipment :
1. The equipment tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the frame structure is not easy to deform, which meets national food production safety standards.
2. The equipment adopts a water-tight cover to prevent the overflow of steam from scalding the operator. At the same time, the product is insulated and the sterilization temperature is uniform.
3. Variable frequency reducer is used at both ends of the equipment, and the intermediate frequency converter is adopted to drive the drive shaft forward and back to reduce the pulling force of the transmission device, so as to make the conveyor mesh belt run. This can not only save energy by 60%, but also reduce the tension of the mesh belt and extend the service life.
4. Conveying mesh belt can choose three kinds of stainless steel chain mesh, stainless steel chain plate and pp chain plate according to the customer's product situation. Wear-resistant strips can be added on both sides of the conveyor chain net (chain plate) to prevent the product from being caught in the chain on both sides of the chain plate.
5. The steam heating system is mainly composed of automatic temperature control valve, globe valve, manual trim valve, temperature sensor, display screen and so on. The equipment is heated by steam, and the water temperature quickly reaches the predetermined temperature, which is conducive to saving energy, reducing noise, and has a relatively long service life. The temperature indicator can adjust the size of the steam to ensure that the temperature difference between the water in the tank is small and the sterilization effect is uniform. The temperature sensor can monitor the temperature value in all directions.
6. The water cycle is circulated from the discharge end to the feed end to make the sterilization temperature more balanced. A filtering system is added in front of the circulating water pump to prevent impurities in the tank from being pumped into the pump and circulate in the sterilization (cooling) tank for a long time.
7. The equipment has a separate control PLC control system, which is easy to operate and maintain.
8. The top of the equipment is equipped with a moisture exhaust port, which can effectively exhaust the heat flow caused by water vapor.
9. The cooling section equipment is equipped with air pump and bubble blasting operation mode, which reduces the surface temperature of the product during the product transportation process, which not only flattens the product, but also prevents uneven cooling caused by product accumulation. The product surface is cleaned twice.
