The working principle of Electric Metal Stainless Commercial Grade Aroma Professional 6 Tray Food Dehydrator:
The hot air circulation oven adopts a high temperature resistant long shaft circulation fan, and the forced hot air heated by the electric heating tube or the steam heat exchanger circulates in the tank, which enhances the heat transfer, improves the water evaporation rate, and shortens the drying time. The whole box adopts a fully enclosed structure, and most of the hot air circulates in the box, which discharges the hot and humid air and replenishes fresh air reasonably, has high thermal efficiency and saves energy consumption. Under forced ventilation, the material is evenly dried. The oven is equipped with an automatic temperature control system for precise temperature control.
The oven has an adjustable air distribution plate, which uses forced ventilation to make the relative temperature more uniform. The heat source can be selected from electricity, steam, hot air furnace, heat pump, etc. The oven uses a low-noise, energy-saving built-in long-axis circulation fan that balances operation and greatly reduces equipment noise and heat loss. The oven is equipped with a forced-draining centrifugal fan, which can regularly discharge the hot and humid air inside the box, and achieve energy-saving state while accelerating efficiency.
The structural feature:
1. The whole box adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the hot air is recycled inside, which is energy-saving and efficient;

3. The thickness of the insulation layer is 80~200mm, and high-density rock wool or ultra-fine aluminum silicate fiber cotton is used to further reduce heat loss;
