Product operation method:
1. First check whether the connections and transmission components are loose and there are no abnormalities.

5. Unloading roller clearance adjustment:
The shelling roll cover and the upper cover are movable, and the upper cover is opened to see the gap between the fixed roller and the moving roller. The fixing roller is fixed in the middle of the frame of the fixed roller shell, the bolt is loosened, and the pressure spring is arranged on both sides. 6. Because the pine nuts have different shell thicknesses, put a small amount of raw materials before starting the machine to see the shelling effect. By adjusting the size of the roller gap, the high integrity rate of the broken shell is achieved. The small fruit is unshelled and then removed again after the re-adjustment gap.
When the geared motor is used, pay attention to oil filling. All transmission parts should be inspected and tightened in time, and the residue residue should be cleaned in time for normal use.
