The autometic pouch packing machine is specially designed for the quantitative packaging of powder materials with good fluidity such as starch, flour and chemical raw materials. The screw-type feeding material is used, and the material enters the buffer silo through the screw propeller, and then is controlled by frequency conversion. The material screw is sent to the bag. By controlling the speed of the screw to control the feeding amount, once the bag is full, the bag holder is opened by the control system and the packaging is completed.
The quantitative packaging machine can be used in a single machine or in a pipeline.
The main unit uses fast and slow two-speed feeding, which is faster. Advanced digital frequency conversion technology, sampling processing technology, and automatic error compensation and correction, suitable for quantitative packaging of powder, granular and sheet materials.
