Product description

How the machine works
After the material enters the labeling area, the object fiber detects the object, transmits the photoelectric signal to the PLC, and the output signal is transmitted to the stepping motor after being processed by the PLC, and the label is taken out by the stepping motor, and the label is peeled off from the peeling plate and The front end of the label is pasted on the surface of the object to be attached, and the bottom paper is rewinded; the label is attached to the object by the brushing brush, and when the labeling electric eye detects the label gap, the label continues to extend forward to the pre-marking length according to the setting, and the label is sent. The stepper (servo) motor stops, the bidding stops; the sticker enters the labeling device/successor device, the label is flattened by the sponge roller, and the labelled object is transported by the labeling machine. A process.
