Horizontal round bottle labeling machine working principle
The core working principle:
The splitter wheel separates the product and puts it on the conveyor belt. The sensor detects the product passing through and returns the signal to the labeling control system. The motor is controlled to send the label at the appropriate position and is attached to the product to be labeled. The product flows through the cover. The labeling device, the labeling belt drives the product to rotate, the label is rolled, and the labeling action of one label is completed.
Operation process
Put the product (in the drop box) → separate the product and spread it to the middle of the conveyor chain roller → Product conveying → Product inspection → Labeling → Overlay → Collect the finished product
