The main purpose
Food grinder machine is widely used in the crushing of materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. This universal crusher is a new type of crusher that has been improved by our company. Food grinder machine is mainly used for medium and low hardness materials such as chemicals, dyes, additives, feed, food, medicine, wood chips, chemical fiber and non-metallic minerals. Grinding processing, fineness adjustment between 20-120 mesh, with high output, fine particle size, low noise, low energy consumption, simple maintenance, easy installation, etc., especially suitable for oiliness, viscosity, heat sensitivity, fiber (eg Ginger, pepper, pepper, oil wheat, almond soybean, star anise, cinnamon) and other medium and low hardness materials.
Working principle
Food grinder machine uses the relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to pulverize the pulverized material through the combined action of tooth impact, friction and material impact. The structure of the machine is simple, firm, stable, and the pulverizing effect is good. The pulverized material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main machine, and the particle size is obtained by replacing the screen of different apertures. The inner wall of the casing is machined to achieve a smooth surface, which changes the rough and powder accumulation of the inner wall of the old model, and makes the production of medicines, food, chemicals and other products meet the "GMP" standard requirements. The whole machine is made of stainless steel.
