Overview

The cantilever palletizer is used to place the carton that has been loaded into a container onto the pallet for automatic stacking according to certain arrangements. The cartons can be stacked in multiple layers, and then pushed out. It is designed by adopting the concept of high speed, stability and space-saving. With split board, it is faster and more space-saving. It is a multi-purpose machine with quick adjustment. There is no need to worry about the replacement of stacked products. Scope of

application: corrugated boxes, plastic boxes, barrel-shaped packaging materials and bag-shaped packaging materials. When the first palletizing program is finished, it will automatically go out to the forklift, the empty pallet will automatically go to the palletizing station, and the next palletizing program will start again.

-Touch screen operation is adopted to realize man-machine interaction. With high degree of automation, it can display production speed, fault causes and locations. The carton sequencing and stacking layers, pallet feeding

and discharging can be programmed and controlled by adopting PLC.

-The chain produced by CMC pas such features as good wear resistance, high precision and stable transmission.

-Pneumatic components and cylinders produced by FESTO, CHELIC or SMC are adopted, which have reliable quality and performance.

-The safety door and cover are equipped with electrical induction devices. When the door is opened, the machine stops working and the operators can be protected.

-It is easy and simple to adjust the stacking method, and the adjustment can be performed on the touch screen. With stable and efficient stacking, it greatly saves manpower.

-The carton supply system is controlled by brake motor to ensure that the carton is conveyed according to the pre-set position.

-The pallet warehouse has a large capacity and can accommodate 12-15 empty pallets, enabling automatic supply of pallets.

-The motor and reducer are all products of Nord.

-Several stacking methods can be realized without replacing the stacking parts.
