Main Purposes

The oral liquid filling and capping machine for glass bottles is mainly used for filling and capping of 5-20ml oral liquid in such industries as medicine, health products, etc. It has the functions of filling stopping in case of bottle shortage and machine stopping in case of cap shortage. The machine can be used singly or work with the tunnel type sterilization dryer (hereinafter referred to as dryer) and ultrasonic washing machine (hereinafter referred to as washing machine) to assemble an oral liquid production line. It has such features as high output, good quality, stable and reliable running and convenient operation. The whole production process conforms to the new version GMP requirements.

Working Principle

The machine adopts rotary filling and sealing. The oral liquid bottle from the sterilizing dryer moves forward through the bottle discharging mesh belt of the dryer to the large bottle unscrambling disc of the filling and capping machine. After the bottle is unscrambled by the bottle unscrambling disc, the bottle enters the large pushing wheel for filling and is subject to rotary tracking filling on the large pushing wheel. After the filling is completed, it enters the pushing wheel for cap hanging. After cap hanging is completed on the stainless steel pushing wheel, it enters the pushing wheel for capping. After single-knife capping, it enters the pushing wheel for bottle discharging and is sent to the bottle discharging disc. (The filling mode and bottle discharging mode of the oral liquid filling and capping machine can be set according to user needs.)

Performance Features

-Single-head single-knife technology

1. The single-knife is a rotary single-knife, making the bottle enter and exit without the need of lifting. The capping angle is large and the effective capping time is long.

2. The up and down synchronous power for capping ensures that the bottle cap turns correctly during capping and guarantees the capping effect.

3. Rolling knife automatic fine-adjustment structure: The upper and lower floating of the rolling knife is completed by the spring without any sliding frictional resistance, so that it can effectively adapt to the error of packaging materials with Chinese characteristics.

4. Multifunctional rolling knife: One knife has both trimming and locking functions, and has the same capping effect as that of three knifes.

-Bottle feeding design of large bottle unscrambling disc

-The bottle feeding system of large round disc and large pushing wheel is adopted to ensure stable bottle feeding, reduce the impact of bottles on the large pushing wheel, and lower the wear of the large pushing wheel, and particularly avoid the occurrence of sticking to the bottle and greatly reduce breakage of oral liquid bottles when making products of small specifications. The bottle feeding system can greatly improve bottle feeding efficiency. The flow direction of the bottles in the disc is more reasonable. The total number of bottle shortage and broken bottles can be controlled within one ten thousandth. The surface of the disc is smooth, and there is no occurrence of bottle jumping.

-With servo-driven filling, the filling volume is adjusted on the man-machine interface. The filling principle of 316L stainless steel plunger pump or ceramic pump is adopted, and the peristaltic pump can also be adopted.

-It can be equipped with CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization system.

-It has the functions of filling stopping in case of bottle shortage and machine stopping in case of cap shortage.

-It has the function of constant pitch from filling to capping.

-In its capping technology, there is no need to change the pitch before filling and capping, and because the pitch is not changed,it simplifies the transmission, especially the device on the table, and there are few sanitation dead corners. It is more compliant with GMP and less noise is brought by the transmission.
