Overview
This machine is used for rinsing glass &plastic bottle by clean compressed air, which enters into the bottle, rinses the internal of bottle and then is absorbed out from another exit. Since the machine is fully closed, the powder, dust, water drops or impurities in bottle or on the wall of bottle can be blown away. The development and manufacture of the equipment filling the gap in the market. Characteristic

-Equipped hydronium generator, neutralize static, efficient wipe of the dust on the inner wall of bottle.
-Automatic conveyor mounted bottle indexing gates to control container movement.
-No tools required nozzle mounts and bottle indexing gates.
-PLC control and man-machine control for bottle washing process. Batch bottle counter records number of cleaning cycles completed. Effectively cleanup the contaminates such as dust and carton chip.
-The contaminates is drawn out from outlet of vacuum pipe, no circulate and no pollution.
-Constructed of stainless steel 304, face polished, easy take down and wash down.
-Fully enclosed with stainless steel panel and Plexiglas and gasketed access door, auto stop with door open.
