Application :

Our Beer Bottle Filling Machine Wash-filling-capping 3-in-1unit is used to produce glass bottled beer with pull ring cap. The BCGF series of 3 in 1 monobloc rinisng, vacuum filling, capping machine adopts advanced technologies of double evacuations before filling and high pressure hot water injection system after Beer filling. These technologies remarkably reduce oxygen content in bottle beer, improve taste of beer much. They have been widely used in glass bottle beer filling machine technology in the world.

Features:

1. Using the conveyor sent access and move wheel in the bottle directly connected technology; canceled screw and conveyor chains, this enable the change the bottle-shaped become easier.

2. Bottles transmission adopt clip bottle neck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts is enough.

3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.

10. The replacement valve is linking with air drum, CO2 inside air drum enter bottles via replacement valve. The gas inside bottle now is mixing with CO2 and air.

11.Air exhausting valve is opened via cam to exhaust the mixed gas.

, Refill CO2 into bottle again.

12. Operation valve open, after the pressure between cylinder and bottle is equal, the filling process starts, when the filling level reach air returning pipe, filling stops, filling valves closed.

13.After filling process finishing, before filling valves leaving bottles, air exhausting valve exhaust extra gas, then filling valves leave bottle neck, filling process finishes.

1. Installation & adjustment

After the equipment are arrived at the customer’s site, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and does under our install-adjust technicians’ guidance. Costs of the staff are decided at last.

We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.

If there is any different between the furnished equipment in the customer’s factory and the equipment concerned in the contract, the users have the right to pass the inspection book to the legal department to claim for compensation to our company within goods warranty period.
