Semi-automatic essential oil filling machine for 50-5000 ml bottles without

Appllication:
Semi-automatic essential oil filling machine is suitable for bottling/filling vegetable oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, rap oil and so on cooking oil into bottles or containers.
The vegetable oil bottling line has totally closed form. When filling, it has high accuracy. It is compact and perfect. Liquid cylinder and conduits can be easily disassemble and clean. It is also suitable for containers of all figures. The machine uses high-quality stainless steel frames and international famous brand electrical components. It applies to GMP standard requirements.
Feature:
1. This machine has convenient and swift measurement, good shape and compact structure.
2. The places contacting with the materials are made of high-quality stainless steel (usually using SUS 304, the Medical SUS 316).
3. High speed filling valve, guarantees liquid has precise level and no waste is incurred
4. The oil filling machine is automatic controlled by computer (PLC ) and touch screen control panels.

Details:
The PET container is centred underneath the valve and weighed by a load cell. Once the empty weight of the container has been calculated, the valve is opened and the filling process begins. Two different speeds guarantee optimum flow characteristics. During filling, the load cell monitors the amount of inflowing liquid.
The valve closes once the preset weight has been reached. After a short settling phase, the weight is checked once again and the filled product leaves the machine.
