Description:
1. Integrated washing, filling, capping in one unit to realize automatic juice filling.
2. Washing part: There is enough water pressure to clean bottles. And the washing water is from the RO system, it is purified water.
3. Filling part: Adopted micro-negative pressure filling, and filling speed is quick, steady and accurate.
4. Capping part: There is a set of automatic lid arranging device to drop into cap rail to make accurate capping. The capping system will automatic delete the opposite caps.

3. Juice filling machine is equipped a set of CIP system for washing pipes after the daily working.
