Application:
The filling machine line for automatic quantitative liquid filling machine, suitable for filling different flavor Nail remover liquid into various round and flat plastic or glass bottles with the range from 100to300ml with flameproof and explosion proof.
The capping machine is suitable for capping different flavor Nail remover liquid caps with 28-33mm.
This capping machine is with 8-wheel capping head and lifter/ vibrator to feed caps automatically.
Feature:
1. Turning bottles and filling are intergrated in one machine. Our machine is fully automatic and have scientific and reasonable design. Also with beautiful appearance and complete functions, it's easy to operate and maintain.
2. Bottle changing is easy. There is no need to adjust the height of machine through neck holding tech for bottle trans portation. And what is only to change the spare parts.
3. The bottle goes through rinsing, filling and capping with little abrasion. High speed filling valve assures high speed and exact liquid level control.
4. We all use 304 stainless steel or food level material to ensure the high quality of our machine. PLC control system is used and electric parts are using famous brand like Mitsubishi Siemens Schneider and so on.
