Automatic Kn95 disposable fish type mask machine
Application
This line is a fully automatic production line for making of three pleats fish type face mask of KF94, with external ear loops. It is full automation of all process from rolls of raw material to the finished masks, including automatic feeding of raw material, nose clip strip straightening, cutting and importing into fabrics, fabrics side knurling and sealing by ultrasonic welding, cutting, distributing and conveying to 2 lines of ear loops welding stations, ear loops cutting, position placing and ultrasonic welding and fusion to the outer surface of masks.
