Higee powder vials filling machine line dry powder filling stoppering capping machine
Application
HG Automatic vial liquid filling and capping machine is suitable for distributing liquid products for medium and large production factory,such as antibiotics,biochemical with automatic stoppering function. This machine is suitable for antibiotic glass bottle, rubber bottle stopper, and out cap capper, machine can be customed according to different bottle size and cap size.
Of courser we can also ultrasonic bottle washing machine, dryer sterilizer, autoclave machine if you need.
Working precess
After dried and sterilized vials go to turntable of filling machine, then will be fed by conveyor into U type slot of main aliquots disk, and will rotate together with the main disk through filling station and stoppering station. At filling station, peristaltic pump will absorb solution in silicone tube and feed it into vial. At stoppering station, vibration hopper will convey stoppers along chute arrive terminal position, then pressing head will press each stopper onto mouth of vial. At last, vials will be pushed to tray or out-feeding conveyor of linkage line.

2.Install with imported peristaltic pump, it has high filling accuracy. Suitable for many volume filling demand.
3.The conjunction between tabletop and support column that above table was designed as chamfer type, tidy and beautiful, no blind corner of cleaning.
4.Possess function: rejecting away the fallen vial, no filling if lacks vial, no stoppering if lacks vial.
5.Has one-key calibration function for filling volume, easy and visualized setting.
6.The stoppering stroke can be regulated, both full-stoppering and semi-stoperring product are suitable.
7.Can install with ORABS/CRABS grade purifying LAF protection hood to realize no interrupt production inside machine (Optional).
8.Can equip with online LAF monitor system, detection the air speed, dust particle and etc, to meet GMP manufacture requirement.(Optional).
9.Can custom design equipment according to user production requirement.
