Machine descripition:
This product ZY-M900 is a high-speed automatic folding mask production line, mainly used to produce KN95 / N95 masks or other custom-made folding earband masks
This is the ideal machine to make mask with ear loop. It can make 1-5layers according to customer’s requirement.
Mask size can also be customized.
Machine can equip with more sets ear loop fix machine to make one production line, double line and 3 line for more production and less space.
Application:
Finish mask are widely used in anti-dust environment. Like clean room, hospital, hotel, and daily use.
Machine feature:
1. This machine can produce 1-4layer mask blank. Size can be adjustable. Adjust range Length 125-180mm, width 80-110mm. Thickness of mask can be adjust. Length of nose wire can be adjust. Can change to extra size after chance sealer. Can produce single nose wire blank and double nose wire blank.
2. conveyor belt to deliver the blank. Fast speed, tidy collect.
3. Easy operation, stable produce and high efficiency.
4. With touch screen to operation full machine, speed, output, alarm, stop all can be set on screen, easy to operation and to see the machine statue.
5. Machine made of aluminium shaft, no paint and weld, beauty and clean.

7. Ultrasonic to weld the blank. Can do customized logo.
Performance Characteristic:
Fish type mask machine is high degree of automation, Using PLC programming control and ultrasonic technology to stick the 1-5 layer PP non-woven, activated carbon filter material. It can do from the mask into the nose line, embossing, folding, trimming forming a special production process lines clear analysis, in the production of non-deformation. Besides, it can minimize the waste material and effectively guarantee the production of masks quality.. There is a waste recovery. Applicable to any environment.
