Application:
1. It is applicable for negative pressure filler and capper of non-carbonated drinks in juice and
wine,milk and other non-carbonated drink production industry.
2. It is a pop canned juice in the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign and domestic sealing
machine on the basis of independent development of the can filling, sealing unit. Filling and sealing is the
overall designed, power system by filling sealing system to ensure that both the absolute synchronization
and coordination.
3. It adopts the advanced machine, electrical equipment, and pneumatic control technology. It has the
characteristics of filling reposefully, high speed, liquid level control, capping reliably, frequency conversion
timing, less material loss.
4. It can equip long-distance control system according to the customers' request. It is the preferred
equipment for the medium beer and beverage plant.
Brief introduction
1. The equipment is a new generation tinplate pop can seaming machine (sealing machine) designed and
manufactured by our company through referring to the most advanced same products in the world
according to the actual situation in domestic food, canning factories and beverage plants.
2. As the machine head structure is simplified, the adjustment and maintenance become more convenient.
Generally, the employees who have undergone shortterm training can operate it skillfully. Especially the
improved curve sealing cam makes the sealing quality apparently better than other same products.
3. The production adopts frequency conversion speed adjustment with touch screen operation. In
addition, it is provided with such features as no cap feeding in case of no can, and alarm of cap shortage.
4. The appearance design of full stainless steel materials fully complies with food and sanitation
requirements. Furthermore, the steam jetting device and remote control system can be equipped
according to customer requirements. It is currently one of the most advance seaming devices in the
country.
1. GFP-12 Negative filler
The filler can accurately fill drink which does not contain gas, such as white spirit fruit wine, juice and fruit
syrum. It can also fill other liquid such as vinegar, milk, and pesucide. It has advantages of no broken
bottle, no clepsydra, and convenient maintenance and others. It also has overload protection and LCD.
As the filler works in fully sealed condition and no pollution comes. It meets the requirements of FOOD
Stuff Sanitation Law.
