This glass bottle filling machine adopts advanced MITSUBSHI programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the automatic running of the machine. The input bottle adopts air conveying device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable. The photoelectrical inspection of the running condition of various parts makes a higher automation and convenient operation. It is the ideal first-choice equipment of beverage manufacturers.
Main features:
1) For carbonated drink packed in glass bottle rotary cap.
2) 3 in 1 with 32 washing and filling heads, 10 capping heads.
3) With 2m bottle inlet conveyor and 2m bottle outlet conveyor.
4) Wiith bottle feeding screw to guarantee the feeding speed and function, to avoid the bottle down.
5) Nylon spring cramps to avoid the damage to bottle in washing process.
6) Polymer star wheel used in transimission part.
7) Aluminium rotary cap capping head in capping part.
8) Auto cap sorter and anti-lid cap lifter.
9) PLC touch-screen automatic control
