Introduction
The filling line specially produces 5 gallon barreled drinking water.It has the following types:80 type,150
type,300 type,450 type,600 type,900 type.It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit. In
order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing
and bleaching are used in bottle washer,washing solution can be used circularly.
Features
1. The whole machine adopts the bottleneck suspension operation design, so that the bottle in the high-
speed hanging operation state is stable and reliable, at the same time greatly reducing the number of
changes to make the replacement bottle more convenient and fast.
2. The new generation of stainless steel rotary bottle clamp, the clamp and above bottle screw parts do not
contact, and provided with a nozzle, the bottle wall sufficiently flush, no dead angle.
3. Adapt the Italy, Germany advanced technology. Quick and steady filling, accurate liquid level control.
Such as: no bottle no filling, flushing or filling when exploding bottle the filling valve will be automatically
closed, and automatic flushing and other advanced automatic control technology.
4. Equipped with perfect temperature control system and reflux system, with a sound automatic cleaning
system and control procedures.
5. The PLC computer program control and man-machine interface touch screen buttons, with cylinder
liquid level automatic control, no bottle no filling, no bottle no feeding cover functions etc, even with the
dial bottle star wheel clamping dislocation shutdown, stopping when lack the covers etc
6. Magnetic torque is used for screw cap, cap screwing, grasp. Torque stepless adjustable, the sealing is
tight and reliable, and the cover is not hurt.
7. Parts with water contact are made of high quality stainless steel, the main electrical components are
